I attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for my undergraduate and Masters' degree studies, completing a dual B.S. and M.A. in Molecular Biology. I graduated summa cum laude with college honors and highest departmental honors.
I continued my undergraduate medical education at UCLA through the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP), where I completed an M.D. and Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, in the laboratory of Dr. Karen Reue.
I am interested in general reconstruction, including upper and lower extremities.
I am passionate about mentorship and improving diversity in science and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
